Chicken with mustard sauce
- 1 kg chicken breasts
- 5-Spice mix
- Fresh herbs – chives, coriander 
- 100 g chopped tomatoes
- 2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 dcl freshly squeezed orange juice 
- Cinnamon stick
- 2 tbsp. organic honey and fresh chili at your choice 
Put chicken fillet in a cold oval griller Z–V3025 without fat, add 5-spice mix and fresh rosemary, tomatoes, mustard, orange juice, cinnamon sticks and cover with a lid. 
Put it on the induction at 160°C for 5 minutes, then lower the temperature to 90°C for 20 more minutes.
Open the lid and add honey, chili and fresh herbs at your choice, stir a bit and remove from the heat source. I like to use fresh chives and coriander in this combination. 
As a side for chicken, I would suggest a nice couscous salad with seasonal vegetables or green lettuce (watercress, rocket, etc.)
