- 10 egg yolks
- 1 dcl. olive oil
- Juice of ½ a lime
- 1 tbsp. mustard
- Add the egg yolks and pepper to the MixSy container
- Start to mix using the MixSy and gradually add the olive oil, continuously mixing the entire time
- Add the mustard and lime and combine with a few final blends
