AqueenaPro 5-stage filter system:
- Phase 1: A 5-micron polypropylene filter effectively removes larger particles, such as rust and sand, as well as other solid impurities from the water;
- Phase 2: Granular carbon filter absorbs free chlorine, odors, discoloration, organic and other substances from water;
- Stage 3: A 1-micron polypropylene filter filters out smaller particles, such as suspended particles and colloids;
- Stage 4: The reverse osmosis membrane removes bacteria, viruses, heavy metals, such as lead, cadmium, mercury, pesticide residues, 2,4,6-trichlorophenol, nitrites and other harmful substances;
- Stage 5: Finally, a coconut activated carbon filter improves the smell and taste of water.

Filter replacement frequency
Filter name – Code - Expected date of exchange, counted from the date of installation: •Five-Micron PP filter WT-100-72 every 6 months • Active Carbon filter WT-100-73 every 6 months • Polypropylen filter WT-100-74 every 6 months • Coconut filter WT-100-75 every 12 months • RO Membrane WT-100-15 every 12 months. The table shows only approximate, estimated series of exchanges not their warranty period. To ensure the most optimal filtration you may need to replace filters with greater frequency. Speed and quality of the filtration (the yield of water) is mainly dependent on water pressure, temperature and quality of the filtered water. Thus, reverse osmosis system always generate a recoil water. For Aqueena PRO the ratio is provided 2:1. The device is additionally equipped with a signaling system of light and sound, indicating the need for maintenance. In the case of higher consumption of water (than standard), the device can signal the need for maintenance at other times than the above.

Montage
Installation and service of purchased product should be carried out by the Customer on their own or with local plumber or hire local company which provides such services – on Customer cost. These activities should be carried out accordingly to the Manual delivered with product. The Manual is also available in section 'Presentation'. AqueenaPro is designed to be installed on the worktop (counter). Installation, operation, maintenance and repair should be performed only by Manual instruction. We recommend preparing the installation site:
• The distance between the place of connection and the place of installation of the device should not exceed 1.5 m.
• The distance from the source of water should not exceed 3 m.
• The distance from the outflow of consumed water should not exceed 3 m.
• The dimensions of the installation site should be consistent with the dimensions of the device.
It is recommended to install the device near the sink to make the inlet and outlet water hoses easily accessible.
Note:
Depending on the installation place and technical possibilities of connecting it to the drainage system, it may be necessary to drill a hole, e,g. in the kitchen worktop, therefore, any additional work to prepare the site and infrastructure for installation/connection of the filter (e.g. specialized drilling of holes in stone, marble or other tops, adaptation of the drainage system, installation of independent water supplies, securing additional connections and valves) must be predicted by the customer.

Any unauthorised change will automatically void the warranty. If you find that a repair is needed, please contact your Zepter service technician for support.
Do not use AqueenaPro under high water pressure!
Operating under high pressure conditions may result in rupture of the water purifier pipes and a consequent water leakage. Recommended inlet pressure is 0.1MPa to 0.35MPa (14.5-50.8 psi).
Do not use AqueenaPro near gas, naked flames, explosive or highly flammable materials.
Do not leave the water purifier near fireplaces or other high temperature heat sources (stove, oven), as it can result in deformation or melting of the housing.
AqueenaPro is a free-standing unit.
Do not place or keep anything on the top of the unit.
Before connecting the unit to the mains, make sure the information found on the data plate matches that of your electricity mains.
Do not use the appliance if the power cord or plug are damaged.
If the supply cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer, its service agent or similar qualified persons in order to avoid a hazard. The appliance is only to be used with the power supply unit provided with the water dispenser.
Do not touch the power plug with wet hands!
It may lead to electric shock.
