Lamb chops
This year, enrich your table with delicious lamb and surprise your loved ones. As always, Zepter thinks about your health and that is why we present you a recipe prepared in a healthy way. We promise you will feel the true taste of lamb and all your senses will enjoy. Bon appétit!

  •  6 carrots
  •  Bunch of rosemary and thyme
  •  4 onions
  •  2 kg of lamb chops  
  • 6 potatoes
  •  200 g pumpkin
  •  200 g cherry tomato
  •  Minced pepper at your desire
  • Dried fennel
  •  4 dcl white wine
Put lamb chops in a cold pot Z-2850B with rosemary and thyme. Add pepper, fennel, vegetables (mix, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, pumpkin, carrots, onions) and white wine. Cover it and put on induction. Set the temperature to medium (160°C) for 10 minutes. Lower the temperature to 90°C and leave it for 1 hour to cook slowly on low heat.
