Part of the Absolute ML Collection and combining the benefits of a chef's knife and cleaver, this 19cm Santoku is indispensable for chopping, slicing and dicing. The indentations along the blade reduce friction to produce clean cuts and minimize sticking. Manufactured by the renowned Felix Zepter company in Solingen, Germany, the blades are made of Japanese VG10 66-layer Damascus steel and are ice hardened, making the structure of the steel finer and more compact.

The exceedingly sharp and easy to maintain cutting edge of the Santoku Knife is complimented by a food-safe plastic PA6-Polyamide handle which is characterised by its absolute strength and toughness.
