QUALITY GUARANTEE
By setting the highest standards, Ze-pressso leads the field in producing authentic Italian espresso. Unlike some of our competitors, each Ze-presso capsule contains natural, freshly ground coffee and there are no artificial ingredients added to intensify taste. Ze-presso capsules are not underweighted and are in-line with the Italian Espresso National Institute’s clear guidelines. Our Ze-presso coffee machine also brews espresso in adherence to the strictest regulations:
- At the exact optimum water temperature of 85-95ºC;
- With high-pressure steam entering the coffee capsules;
- In approximately 25 seconds, with a tolerance of plus or minus 2.5 seconds;
- With a required volume of 25ml including the crema;
- And with a rich chestnut-coloured crema, with dark bronze edges.
CLASSIC ESPRESSO COFFEE – OR LATTE, CAPPUCCINO, MOCHA, MACCHIATO!
Select the type of coffee you like, depending on its blend and strength, from the unique Ze-presso Café collection. Five types of carefully prepared coffee are placed in special capsules holding the correct amount for one cup of espresso. However, this amount may be altered to suit individual preferences, and a cup of espresso may be made from two or more capsules. Make sure that the water temperature in your coffee maker is correct for espresso. The optimal temperature is around 88º. A lower temperature will not make a good cup, while a higher one may burn the coffee, giving it a bitter taste and unpleasant smell.
