Porcelanas de Costa Verde, S.A. hereby confirms that the porcelain tableware produced by that, meet the relevant requirements of The Ceramic Articles in Contact with food:
• Regulation(EC) no 1935/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 October 2004 on materials and articles intended to come into contact with food
• Regulation(EC) No 2023/2006 of 22 December 2006 on good manufacturing practices for materials and objects intended to come into contact with food products;
• Regulation(EC) no. 10/2011 and repealing Directives 80/590/EEC and 2005/31/CEE. i.e. the migration of lead and cadmium in 4% acetic acid remains below the limits as specified in Directive 84/500/EEC.
