Presentation
MIX, WHISK, BLEND, MINCE, GRIND AND CHOP – ALL IN ONE
MixSy® boasts some exceptional features, including an extra-powerful motor, dual-speed operation, and four attachment blades to satisfy the most demanding food preparation tasks. The stem of the appliance is made of high-quality, sturdy stainless steel SUS304 , and allows you to easily use it for mixing hot ingredients directly inside the pot. The handheld kitchen assistant is quiet, durable, lightweight and easy to use, and will never let you down in the kitchen. With mixSy®, you can satisfy all of your food processing needs, thus eliminating the need for other devices. Lightweight and compact, it includes a handy space-saving stand, so you can leave it out on the worktop for easy everyday access.
THE MINCER
The four-blade mincer attachment is specifically designed for grinding and mincing tough meats, both raw and cooked, as well as raw fibrous vegetables and fish. The versatile blade is also ideal for puréeing fruit and vegetables for baby food, liquefying soups straight from the pot, preparing perfectly smooth and lump-free mashed potatoes, as well as making sauces and smoothies out of fibrous ingredients. You can also use the mincer to chop vegetables for salads, or fruits for making preserves and jam and suitable for crushing ice-cubes. The second mincer attachment is a two-blade meat mincer, which transforms the handheld mixer into an easy to use meat grinder.
THE BEATER
The beater is the ideal attachment for whipping egg whites, soufflés and milk shakes. It can also turn skimmed milk into a soft froth that makes the ideal substitute for whipped cream when combined with your favourite ingredients. Amaze your friends with desserts to die for: mouthwatering tiramisu, meringues, zabaglione, and custard!
THE WHISK
Ideal for making the perfect mayonnaise, the whisk will also help you prepare other sauces and salad dressings, as well as omelettes and pancake batter. Equally, it can be used to smooth and whip mashed potatoes and cream soups. Beauty enthusiasts can use the whisk to prepare homemade beauty treatments.
THE PROCESSOR
The processor allows you to grind nuts and seeds, grate cheese, make breadcrumbs, and chop herbs and spices. Almonds, walnuts, chocolate and lots of other ingredients can be literally chopped into powder. And if you enjoy a good cup of coffee, there’s nothing like grinding your own coffee beans – your home will be immediately filled with their fragrant aroma! The processor boasts up to 16,000 revolutions per minute (rpm), which ensures fine grinding of the toughest ingredients, and is made of ABS- a superior quality material, which is 6 times more expensive than Polypropylene and is stronger and safer than other plastics.
MULTI-PURPOSE BLENDING JAR/CONTAINER
Made of ABS , the tall blending container is ideal for whipping mayonnaise, sauces and smoothies without spillage. The container can also be used as a measuring cup for various ingredients. Any ingredients that you mixed or chopped inside the container can be easily covered with the provided lid and put away in the refrigerator. The blending jar is microwave-safe for up to 150 degrees centigrade.
